Innovative Minds provides consultancy services for government and non-government agencies within the human service sectors. Our consultants have experience and qualifications in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis methods specific to the needs of human service provision and social justice issues. We have extensive experience in government and not-for-profit policy and program development, strategic and organisational planning and development, and change management process. Additionally we have undertaken brief and longitudinal program evaluations. Our experience in direct service provision informs our approach in undertaking program and service evaluation projects. We employ an action research model that empowers participants to take ownership of the evaluation process and ensures sustainability of learning processes beyond the evaluation period.
