Who We Are

Sally Elizabeth

Sally Elizabeth has a collective twenty years experience in the human service sector, working across mental health, disability, homelessness and youth homelessness service delivery, within both community based non-government organisations and government settings. Her professional experience has its beginnings in practice which has advanced to include ten years in the management of multi-discipline teams in client case management and therapeutic practice.

Included in Sally’s experience is five years in private practice specialising in professional supervision and consultancy. She is well regarded for her knowledge and expertise in working with the psychodynamics of organisational life. As a supervisor her focus is on supporting supervisees in defining and clarifying their personal and professional authority and providing a framework for her clients to work through the scripts which they bring to, or are triggered by, organisational life and relationships. At the organisational level her focus is on providing good and authentic diagnosis. Sally is known for adopting a partnered approach with her organisational client in exploring the presenting issues. This method is designed to assist the client to unearth what may be getting in the way of fulfilling their core business while leaving them with new skills and insights to support them in solving their problems into the future.
