Innovative Minds: A multi-disciplinary approach to change 

Innovative Minds represents a collaboration between several specialist practitioners working across diverse settings and disciplines, including Social Work, Criminology,  Clinical and Organisational Psychology. Our combined knowledge of community service provision spans decades, across multiple human service systems.  The Innovative Minds team has Masters and/or Doctoral level qualifications in their respective disciplines and are well regarded within government and community service sectors. Our consultants work across academic and professional practice settings, which ensures that our training and consultancy services are informed by contemporary research. Our approach is evidence-based, encompassing more than just “what works”, our first line of enquiry is always “what works, for whom, when, and where”.
